Congratulations to our partner, the French Pastry School Chefs and Chicago Blackhawks!
The French Pastry School of Chicago, IL provides dessert buffet for the Blackhawks’ private dinner to celebrate the NHL Champions and the Stanely Cup’s return to Chicago after 49 years.
During the event, the French Pastry School Chefs presented the hockey team with their own version of a Stanley Cup made entirely out of chocolate and decorated with cocoa butter. The 50-pound chocolate sculpture took more than 150 hours to complete.
