The John Boos Wood Top Baker’s Table is the perfect solution for any bakery, restaurant or commercial foodservice establishment. The Northern Hard Rock Maple top is 1-3/4″ thick and includes 4″ risers on both sides and rear section of the top. This helps prevent dough, pastries or ingredients from sliding off the surface. The wood top comes standard in a oil finish and can be used as a cutting surface. Unlike other work top surfaces (stainless & granite), the maple wood top provides a warm stable temperature for bakers to knead, roll, mix and form the dough. The stainless steel legs and adjustable undershelf provides extra storage for kitchen equipment such as utensils or mixers. Available in 30″ width and various lengths. NSF & CSA Certified.
